Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by IT Vision ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our website and services.

2. Services

IT Vision provides the following services:

• Web Development & Design
• Mobile Application Development
• Cloud Solutions & DevOps
• Bulk SMS Systems
• Custom Software Solutions
• UI/UX Design Services

The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be discussed and agreed upon before commencement of work.

3. Project Terms & Deliverables

• All project requirements, scope, and deliverables will be documented in a project proposal or agreement before work begins.
• Changes to the project scope after agreement may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
• We will provide regular updates and progress reports throughout the project lifecycle.
• Final deliverables will be handed over only after full payment has been received.

4. Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: A minimum advance payment of 50% is required before the project begins.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery.
• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, online payments, and other methods as agreed upon.
• Late Payments: Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services until payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership rights to the custom-developed project deliverables. However:

• IT Vision retains the right to use general methodologies, tools, and reusable components developed during the project.
• Third-party libraries and frameworks used in projects remain subject to their respective licenses.
• IT Vision may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Warranty & Support

We provide a 30-day free support period after project delivery for bug fixes and minor adjustments within the original scope. Extended support and maintenance services are available under separate agreements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or force majeure events.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

• If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable.
• Partial refunds may be considered based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
• IT Vision reserves the right to terminate a project if the client fails to cooperate or provide necessary materials within reasonable timeframes.

8. Limitation of Liability

IT Vision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential. IT Vision will not share your business data, trade secrets, or proprietary information with any third party without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

11. Changes to Terms

IT Vision reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
